Sterilization and packaging facility
- The packaging facility area is a structure that automatic automatic supply and cleaning of containers, pasteurization after filling, printing and packaging processes are automatically performed.
- Packing facility area is classified as semi-clean area. In the place where packing and sealing is done, clean area must be cleaned by hand, and area should be set so that it can be accessed through Air Shower Room after hand washing and removal of foreign matter.
- The cap sterilizer and the product sterilizer using steam are to be separated.
- After steam sterilization, steam is exhausted from the factory.
- The machine in the packing room is made of structure that water does not fall on the floor.
